I have a 2010 Toyota Tacoma double cab that I'm re-upholstering with Katzkin leather (thanks @jhuey8947). It's going well, except that this truck belonged to a smoker and the front seat foam smells so terribly bad of smoke that I think replacing the foam is the best option.

From what I can read off the seats (I'll attach photos), the part numbers are:

Front Left Back: 7155204060 (looks like it says "H2" after)
    Front Right Back: 7155104180
Front Right Bottom: 71511AD020 (looks like it says "H5" or "HS" after)
Front Left Bottom: 71512AD020 (also has H2 after the number)

I think these are the correct replacement parts (at least the website says they fit):

    https://parts.toyota.com/p/Toyota_2...-Cushion-Left--Front/63316006/7155204060.html
    https://parts.toyota.com/p/Toyota_2...GHTFOR-SEPARATE-TYPE/63477315/7155104180.html
    https://parts.toyota.com/p/Toyota_2...n--For-SEPARATE-Type/63328323/71511AD020.html
    https://parts.toyota.com/p/Toyota_2...n--For-SEPARATE-Type/63120566/71512AD020.html

I'm confused about why some of these say "For separate type", or the significance of the "H2" after some of the parts. Toyota has a hefty 35% restock fee if I get this wrong (and the foam isn't cheap), plus whatever return shipping would be, so I'd like to get this right. Any confirmation would be helpful (or any other thoughts on how I could go about this!)

I don't know why there's not a thousand likes on this post, but thank you! This gave me part numbers to confirm they'd fit my 2008 TRD Sport. I'm in the process of ordering a driver's seat bottom replacement. Cheers to you, my friend!

So, if you have the Sport Seats...

I believe these are the correct part numbers for the 05-11 Sport drivers seat.

I’m not sure about the passenger & rear seats. Maybe that helps...

You can always call your local Toyota Dealership’s Parts Department and give them your VIN so they can provide you with the correct part numbers. That way, you avoid the restocking fee.

You can look up the part numbers on this Toyota website as well(cheaper prices): https://parts.camelbacktoyota.com/

I had purchased a 2015 tacoma that the seller had clearly smoked it but pulled a fast one on me by the covering up the stench with cleaning products. The first 90°+ day the following week smelt sooo bad!

Anyway, I got a literally took the entire interior apart down and did a deep clean...2 weeks later the smell was back.

The ultimate solution for me was having the truck Ozone cleaned. Took 2 hours and the smell was gone! I did do the seats separately, each in an individual plastic bag.

I highly recommend the Ozone to get the funk out of the hard to reach places (like the AC duct work)

    Best of luck!
