Do aftermarket seats! So many customization options and if you are handy enough, you can play it to where you will never have to see the SRS airbag warning light come on even with the aftermarket seats!

12TRDTacoma, how do you like the Recaros? Have you ridden in them on long, >5 hr, trips? They look pretty good!

I have been in an hour and a half trip max with them one way so far. They feel amazing on the back, as they align your spine following the natural curvature of your back. The sides are tight, as they have tons of thigh support but they keep you real planted. They are meant for slender guys if you want the sides to be comfortable and I have a size 31 waist.

Can I ask how much those cost?

Are modifications required to make them fit!

    I HATE my stock seats!

    Thank you!

I wonder how well 4Runner seats would fit. Those are pretty comfy IMO ... Probably wouldn't bolt right in, but I would be surprised if something couldn't be rigged up. If you get them to fit and like them but you want the material to match maybe just get aftermarket leather for them and the factory rear seats.

Those brackets from Corbeau look wimpy as hell, they can't be worried about them breaking in an accident. I don't own a Tacoma only looking... Do the seat belts attach to the seat? If not then there is no force on the seat in an accident, all the force is on the seat belt. That is why your chest hurts after an accident and not your butt.

You sub’d to a post that hasn’t had any replies in two years.
