I noticed the other day that the rubber in the support assembly on the passenger side is being pushed out a little. I know there was a thread about this not too long ago but I can't find it. I am looking to find out if I can loosen the bolts and readjust it? Or not worry about since I am looking at a new suspension all around anyway but I am not close to pulling the trigger yet.

    Here is the passenger side

The three bolts hold the top hat against the frame bucket. The rubber pad is between the top hat and spring coil. To adjust the pad, you'd have to get a spring compressor and squeeze the coil, to remove the pressure on the top hat.

I wouldn't worry about it. Especially of your upgrading soon.

Thanks, I wasn't sure exactly where it was.
