I have a 2013 tacoma 4x4. I recently replaced my front shocks with bilstens 5100. I set drivers side to one notch above stock and the other side I set it stock. I also replaced sway bar bushings and sway bar end links. I am getting noises when I go over small cracks in the road. Any ideas? I think is could be the different shock settings. But over all the ride great.

Look to verify the state of your control arm bushings and also check for play in your steering rack.

Other sources of noise could be upper/lower ball joints

Check the sway bar links too.
I’ve seen worn and/or loose links cause noises like you described.
