Does anyone know of a front spindle reinforcement solution that keeps the stock sway bar and does not require the use of higher offset wheels vs OEM stockers running 265/75/16's on a 2017 4X4 OR? I guess 1.5 inch spacers would work but I'd like to avoid those.

I'd like to do these + the lower cam tab gussets while keeping the OEM wheels as I don't need larger tires or a big lift but want the front end as strong as possible.

For sure cam tab guessets. I wouldn't think its needed, but I learned they are. This was when I was on your tire size.

Why do you think the spindles need gussets? Honest question, curious.

For what's its worth, 0.75" bora spacers work with stock OR wheels. The amount of factory stud sticking out past the spacer clear the wheel mounting hub indents.

I've bent one in the past on another Tacoma I own (2012) from sliding into a rock on a fire access road (3 hours from camp in Northern Maine at 11pm in the snow)..that one sucked! Welding on the Total Chaos gussets have been cheap insurance on very weak part for years (have never damaged one post gusset mod) . That said I like my OEM wheels and would like to keep them if I can (not possible with the solutions I've found so far).

Yes, per Total Chaos, trucks running factory back spacing wheels must run wheel spacers.

Thanks but as I wrote in the post I'm asking if anyone knows of a gusset that allows running the factory wheel without needing spacers.

My apologies, I misread. I currently don't know of any.
