I was under the impression that the 2002 Double Cab PreRunner and 4WD models had the same suspension components, but while looking for front springs I found that the 4WD DLX and PreRunner have different part numbers. The numbers are similar but no indication of what the difference may be. Does anyone know if there is enough of a difference in spring rate between them that is would make a difference?

    PreRunner R/L 48131AD160 / 48131AD170
    4WD DLX R/L 48131AD140 / 48131AD150

maybe they can hold more weight in the 4x4 version since it has a front differential?
