My lifted (2015 Tacoma with spc upper control arms and Bilstein shocks and springs lowered diff 1" has just under 3" lift) Has clunking noise in front on hard low speed turns.
Have double checked torque on all fasteners.
Driving me crazy that cannot find issue

More information will be helpful. Is the sound new? Did it start just after the mods? Driver or passenger? Is it rubbing? Did you change tire size?

Check your clearance from stabilizer bar to control arms......might be hitting.

It started after mods, tires are 265/75R/16 BFG KO2. No rubbing. It sounds like left but hard to isolate, metal on metal sound.

I ended up buying the sway bar relocation kit and got some extra clearance. Drove me crazy for a long time until I finally figured it out. Duh.
