    Hello everyone,

I have a 2023 trd off road. I got the truck with 7500 miles. It currently has just under 14k. Took it in for the squeak and was told that both fron struts are going to be replaced under warrenty. Has anyone else experienced this before? That's not a lot of miles for struts to go bad.

Most likely not the issue but take the free set regardless. Most likely a bushing on the body mount needs replaced...pretty common on the core support.

It actually fixed the issue. And it rides a better. It was really stiff before. It's much better now. I didn't know the difference until they were replaced.

Both front Bilsteins on mine were warrantied last year at 31,000 km. Not squeaking but both were making an inexplicable banging sound at near full compression.

Had it done on my 2022 TRDOR as well. Driver side was squeaking but have to replace both. Was a big difference after replacement. Started squeaking again after a few thousand miles but on the passenger side this time. It's the bushing or something that gets pinched and squeaks. The 2nd time was not as pronounced enough for the dealer to acknowledge as a warranty issue so I just lived with it. It has since quieted down and no more noise from front end. Fairly common on the Off Roads I think.

Super common issue on every 3rd gen regardless of trim level, was a problem from 16-23 along a slew of other common quirks
