When I had the camber set to 0°, it looked all retarded and the outside edges wore fast.

When I had the camber set to -0.5,° the tires looked perfectly vertical and my new set of tires wore evenly and not as fast.

The best settings so far for me is

    -0.5° Camber
+3.0° Caster, I might push it to +4.0° with the next alignment
    0° Toe

From what I've researched, LR UCA's by SPC would be the best choice for us. They run about $380 which is the unfortunate part. The install is also a little harder than say installing the spacers or 5100s, so also factor in price of getting them installed and a new alignment. Adds up quick for what was supposed to be a cheap way to level our trucks....

Does anybody know a ballpark price to get UCAs installed?

Headstrong was the cheapest for light racing I could find, now they are $486. That said, with my lower cams frozen, the adjustability they provide is ideal and worth the cost.

Thanks man- I appreciate the info! I called 4 wheel parts who installed my leveling kit- and they told me I could get away without UCA's and they could correct alignment - they don't go off factory specs which is what i assume Big O Tires did. Down the line ill look at getting some UCA's

Post back and let us know how it goes when you get another alignment, and I'll do the same. I would much rather spend $400 on a bed cover than UCAs, so hopefully I can get it fixed.

Will do, and I feel you on the 400 bucks bro! so I have a 1 year alignment deal- paid like 160.00 for unlimited alignments through Big O Tires prior to installing my leveling kit. Going to take to a different location (Big O) and see if i have better luck today- since its free and dont have to pay out of my pocket. If they cant get it corrected- than I will shall out $180.00 for 4 wheel parts who guarantees they can correct since they have more experience/specialize doing alignments on lifted trucks. Just trying to get out of paying 180.00 for a one time alignment. So will see if Big O gets its right a second time. I'll keep you guys posted-Thanks!

@Toy1985gc holy shit an alignment at 4 wheel parts $200?? That's ridiculous. There's one near me, I'll call today and see what they say.

Yeah man- i called 4 Wheel and they said they are a little more expensive than other places due to the fact that they do it right. They are my plan B if Big O cant get it done for free!

So looks like I'm gonna shall out 180.00 to have 4 wheel parts do my alignment . Tried big O tires today for a second time- doffernet location and they keep blaming my leveling kit not allowing them to get the caster to 0. I called 4 wheel and they said they specialize in doing alignments on lifted trucks and I don't need UCA's . See readings below and pics- my tires still bow in.

Wow - they wanted $180? Today, I had mine realigned at TireDiscounters here in Cincy. A one time is $69.00 but I opted for the three year for $159.00 - unlimited alignments for 36 months.

Tech nailed 3.0 of caster, -0.3 camber and toein of 0.1 both sides. He has LR UCA on his own truck and adjusted mine top and bottom to dial it in. Drives great!

@Toy1985gc That's unfortunate. Report back on how that goes at 4wheelparts.

Are you requesting 0 caster?? That's going to drive like absolute hell.

If that's the most caster you can get, there is no doubt you absolutely positively NEED upper control arms.

Post a picture of your lower cam tabs.

Also, no matter how much you "specialize" in anything, you can't magically make the suspension have more caster than available UNLESS you use aftermarket parts. If your caster is maxed out, than your caster is maxed out. Posting a picture of your cam tabs will tell us more.
