Got some TRD rims put on last week. They put the center cap on my front rims. Looks great. Problem is, i have manual locking hubs lol. Question is: has anyone ever modified the front caps so they can be removed without taking off the whole wheel? I love how the rims look and would love to keep them on, but obviously, that's not gonna work. Thanks!

Can you post a picture of the rims?

I think most guys just leave them off, or ive seen a buy just bore out the center of one so you can still access the hub

Just remove the center cap. Keep em as spares for the rear.

I thought you could just pull the cap off of those without removing the wheel.

Yep, should be able to... try using a paint can opener or flat head - place in the space between the lugs and center cap and give a little pry ;)
