New to the forum and looking for any advice on replacing a front wheel bearing - best brands/sources, better to replace just the bearing or is a 'plug and play' bearing and hub a reasonable way to go? Don't have a ton of experience and wanting to learn! my 05 taco has 175k on it and still running like a champ - just wearing out some parts

    Bull Bar,
Timken, SKF are reputable brands. Bearings are usually press fitted , not really a diy job unless you have access to a press. My Mechanic always replaces the hub as well.
