    Hey Guys,

I am replacing a front wheel bearing assembly. I have done the other side before, easy job. This time, the machine shop messed up my hub when getting the bad bearing off. So they ordered me a new hub and bearing. I got them pressed together (all new parts) and now the hub wont slide onto the spindle all the way? Only gets about 2/3 way on? The old hub slides right on with no problem? Could I have gotten a flawed/wrong hub? Please Help..

you mean the hub/bearing assembly won't slide INTO the knuckle all the way?

Do you have the old bearing/hub? Do they appear identical?

Yes they are identical. I actually got the thing in. I was able to pull the thing on by tightening the CV nut.
