Not getting a full stud through the nut? Rears are fine, theyre flush to the mount. Depth of the spacer is actually less than the wheels. Is this really all they grab?

You need extended thread lug nuts up front.

They're catching about half inch. More than two threads. But it seems like factory have a long sleeve ahead of the taper.

Do you have to replace the studs with longer ones when you put add a spacer?

Thats factory vs acorn. Looks like that .30" from te et nuts are all i need.

The issue I think I'm going to run into is that the holes on the spacers aren't big enough to fit et nuts.

Spacers may be for sale soon. Lol. Wish i woulda stuck with stock 1st gen wheels (vs the 2nd gens) and just got bigger tires. Either that or get cheap steelies or some shite

I did drive 20 mi on em before. Checking back to this thread. Thank got i drove easy.

What it did look like before and after.

The rear studs on a tacoma are longer than the fronts, go buy some rear ones and put them in place of your fronts.
I had to use a 1/4" slip on style spacer so my steel wheels would clear the front calipers. With the spacer on and the stock front wheel studs the lug would only catch a few threads, after swapping studs the problem was solved.

Could go with less of a spacer as well 1.25" or 1", 1.5" is pretty wide and likely increases the strain on the bearings quite a bit.

If I can bang out the old studs and replace with a hammer punch and c clamp...that seems to make the most sense. Wheel bearings? Meh, not worried. Prob time to replace at 185k now anyway. I trust spacers when done right.
