Yes, and I just used those tracks for the new rack. The fiberglass lip on the back of the cap window is chaffing the paint on my tailgate, so i've gotta touch it up and throw a foam strip across the fiberglass.

    Beautiful setup!

I am really interested in your frontrunner rack on the cab. Do you have any more close up pics of the rack and how it installs (also any profile shots of the whole truck). On the frontrunner website it mentions the taco kit coming with a wind deflector but I don't see any pictures of one? Was there a noticeable increase in the amount of road noise at highway speeds (55-70 mph) after adding the cab rack? I was looking at the prinsu racks as they too look to be of really nice quality, but the way the prinsu extends so far back on the cab it just looks a little off to me.

    Thank you

Is there any interference with the factory antenna?

Not quicksand, but I installed a Front Runner rack on my canopy yesterday. A few (poor) photos in build thread.

I noticed the same as well after it was installed. I just used some of the round rubber weather strip and ran it across the length of that fiberglass lip. Solved the problem and made it seal even tighter at the tailgate.

I have photos of our Tacoma with the Front Runner Roof Rack installed on our Instagram. As far as road noise, we had the roof rack and light bar installed at the same time, so we got alot of wind noise from the fins on the back of the light bar. I don't recommend it while driving, be we left it a bit loose and angle the light bar till the wind noise lessen. It's not perfectly quiet, but it's alot better.

One major reason why we like Front Runner Outfitters so much compared to other brands is the vast selection of accessories you can add. Like the photo above, they make tents, awnings, shower arms, mounts for hi-lift jacks, etc...

None what so ever. I know the earlier models interfered, but their production version retains the factory antenna and provides plenty of clearance if you wanted to mount a table underneath the rack.

How does that table work out storing underneath the rack? Is there an additional mount needed?

It slides out underneath the roof rack. You would need to buy the table and also the mount that holds the table.

Similar idea to the table, I mounted my solar panel underneath my front runner rack above the canopy:

I have a 2014 sport 4dr short bed had nothing but problems with my set up. The rear cross rail sits on top touching the shark fin antenna and I get this crazy loud buzzing vibration sound at 25-30 mph plus a lot of other wind noise. I called front runner they it should fit and said they would send me longer spacers but there only a tiny bit longer not long enough to make any difference. I've sent them lots of photos just to make sure it was installed correctly I'm so unhappy with this product now I got to figure how to send it back.

Can you add a washer as a spacer on the rear mount? That might help. (Use a stainless washer.)
