    That sucks its only like a few miles away from house. If you want one sooner i could possibly pick it up and ship to you but you will probably complain about that also. :luvya:

    Did the chalk test. My gasket seals about 75% of the way around. A few spots on the back don't touch. The right back corner doesn't touch at all and the gasket doesn't have an indentation like the rest. Upon further inspection I'm not quite as impressed as I was yesterday. Still a good deal and better seal then you get from a standard Coleman or igloo. Glad this is just a travel cooler and not my family size one for long trips.

    Wow...its pretty unnacceptable that the gasket doesn't make contact. These coolers were cheap enough to overlook alot but cmon!

    I don't agree that they are cheap enough to overlook a lot. They want to compete with others, then they need to compete with others.

    I got a basket and seal that works on my purchase of comparable cost.

    48 hour update...

    This has been in the bed of my truck under a tonneau cover being driven around and the cooler opened about 6 times a day.

    I predict the ice will last 4 full days.

    Day 5 will be a few rouge cubes

    Day 6 will be cold water
