    I wanted a 55 because of the tie Down cutouts, but it was a 1" too tall to fit under my Tonneau Cover. Went with the 65 that will fit even though it holds more.

    I received a shipping notice the day my 85 was ordered. FedEx estimated Friday 8/4. Unfortunately, the vendor didn't actually get the cooler to FedEx until 2 days later, so my new delivery date is expected to be this Tuesday.

    Question for you guys testing the rubber gasket, if it's not making a good seal does it look practical to rip out the gasket and add a bit of silicone or some kind of weather stripping material to decrease the depth of the ridge, then replace the gasket for a tighter seal?

    I know that may seem like unnecessary work for a product that is supposed to function as advertised, but for the price and trouble of returning the cooler, it could be an easy fix.
