    Bump... Looked into baskets for the 65 and saw the igloo posted here. But holy hell its $66!! No way in hell I'm paying that much! Has anyone found a cheaper alternative?

    Frosty melted!
    In prep for a recent road trip, i filled my frosty cooler with ice and bottle water one evening. the cooler sat in my air conditioned house. next morning nearly all ice was melted.
    not having time to shop for a replacement, i took it on my trip. refilled with ice before setting up camp the first night. next morning, again, ice pretty much all melted AND there were a bunch of LARGE ants inside.
    I emailed frosty coolers. on august 23 they replied asking for my shipping address (which was odd because the email i sent them had my order number, name, address. I replied with my address. i have not received anything from them. i emailed again a week ago asking for an update, no reply.

    They are definately not quick to reply, but so far the customer service has been pretty good on my behalf. Keep calling!

    I agree but not resolving the situation is even worse. @taco14barc join the site on the day that the cooler promo ended.It is the first I have heard of the cooler not functioning properly. "Pics or it didnt happen".:D
