    After being in the bank of my truck, with the cap fully closed up, sitting in the sun, with the drain plug open, it still had ice in the cooler and 19 cold beers waiting on me. So 5 days in a pretty hot and stagnant environment with drain plug open to allow hot air in there, it still had solid ice. Its a win in my book.
