I bought this head unit from BestBuy and had them install it for me in 2023 since I have MyBestBuy Total protection plan. It has been working OK for most of the time but connecting and starting has been a real issue. It takes up to 2 minutes to load entirely.
I want to know if anyone else had this type of issue. I want to try and replace it with another brand which has fast connection. I hope my plan allows me to do that.

I have the same unit. Do you have the latest firmware (you can check on Pioneers website)? Mine was installed in early May and had one update to load.

If mine (Android Auto) doesn't load with in seconds, I tell it to load with Android Auto icon. Up and running <30 seconds. Very pleased with performance and sound quality.
