I have a silver hood for sale that came with my truck. As the thread title suggests it is "scoop-able" but currently has said scoop installed backwards as a "dump" of sorts. It was installed by the previous owners in order to help vent heat off the 1KZ diesel engine (which has a habit of cracking blocks if it gets too hot).

I put in a new radiator and swapped the hood back to the original (which also came with the truck). EGTs & coolant temp seem to be reasonable without it, so I don't need it taking up space in the garage anymore.

The cutout is done well and the "scoop" itself appears to be attached with VHB tape or similar, so someone should be able to turn it around into a scoop if desired or take it off completely and graft on a new scoop- either way the cutout is done for you already.

    $200 with local pickup only.

The hood is located in the Burlington, VT area but I'm frequently cruising around the I-89 corridor so we could arrange a meet-up depending on the schedule.
