    The guy I bought it off of bought it wrecked and had it fixed. When i was checking it out I took it to a toyota dealership and got a PPI, If it hadnt passed I wouldnt have bought it.
    I would be fine with anyone doing the same. Seems like it was around $200 for the inspection.
