Before I start making the next batch any feedback, changes or suggestions to the current design would be welcomed.

I have a precision machine shop and 2 CNC mills and I'm tempted to buy yours. LoL

Yes I spent many many years running manuals, programming and running cnc's and managing shops. Now I do everything on a small manual in my garage. I have a chop saw, a manual vertical and a floor drill press. And I still try to hold +/-0.001" on everything. It's in the blood. I could make more money working 1 Saturday overtime than I make on 20 seat spacers. But I like being a machinist. My forte was large horizontal 5 axis mills. Made good money. One shop I ran the night shift and always had at least 1 machine tied up with engine or motorcycle parts. Used to love doing prototype work. Last machine I ran as a machinist was one of the largest on the east coast. Used to machine USN prop shafts and diving planes. The diving planes were cool because the only thing flat was the end that I cut the tapered bore in. Every other surface was on a compound angle. That was around an 8 hour setup to do a 2 hour operation. Miss being in shops. I have considered buying a cnc but don't want to sell a vehicle to pay for it. When I retire soon I may look at some lease options. One shop in NC, where I was the manufacturing engineer (mill programmer), had 5 new HAAS mills. They were awesome and had killer software. They could make a machinist out of a monkey once they were programmed.

I have 2 FADALs and GibbsCam software. Plus manual mill, lathe and surface grinder. I recently took a day job but the GF wants me to keep the shop. I think I'll keep her!
Let me know if you need anything. This is a great community and I want to do my part when I can.

FADAL makes good stuff. They have been around forever. If you were closer we could collaborate on a few ideas I have. I will keep you in mind just in case. Honestly I do like the control of being a one man show.

Toying around with ideas to eliminate the blocks protruding behind the seat brackets. Any thoughts or feedback. The angles will be a lot more work but they def are more appealing to the eyes.
pic 1 is original. pic 2 is shortened. pic 3 is with angles cut.

I would pick up a set of option 3 if you made them like that! Really like the look.

I am sold out and have none today. I have material arriving next week. I will absolutely be making all as pic 2 and then will start modifying some of those into pic 3. I have no plans of changing the prices.

Managed to cut around 50 pair on the saw today before the rain started. I guess I will just have a 50 pair run this time.

Gave my yard a little shiny bling in the process. Don't go there barefoot.

Will post an update later tonight and I will most likely start accepting direct member paypal payments for shipping to start Monday or Tuesday afternoon. I just won't start the ebay ads until all 50 pairs are complete.
