I have had these spacers installed for several days. I drive 50 miles round trip to work each day. You would not think these spacers would help much, but they do. I am glad that I installed them. Quality product and quick delivery. Two thumbs up. Steve.

 

I am down to the last 11 pair. After these are sold out I will go on hiatus. I am shopping now for a large cnc milling machine to expand my product line. I am also in the middle of beta testing products on some (forgive me) Ford trucks. These should be back in production soon and I expect availability before Labor Day. Thanks to all that have purchased the first 135 pair. Also thanks for the positive feedback. There is a slight possibility that I may run off my remaining material of 16 pair before I set up my new machine. Not a promise but certainly a possibility.

Any plans on doing 1/2 inch spacers?

 

I am going to be down waiting for a new machine. That is entirely possible. Gonna be a few weeks before I decide exactly where to start. I have several plans and either 1/2" or 3/4" spacers are on my list. It just might be early September before parts are available. All I can say is if you are patient then just wait and see. If you need some asap then you may want to hook up with another supplier on TW.

SOLD OUT. That is 146 pair sold. Thanks to all that purchased. While waiting for my new machine to arrive I may run out another 16 pair to clear my material rack. They may be up for sale mid August. Enjoying a little break from production right now.
Before I go into production with my new machine, in 3-4 weeks, I would like to know if there is enough interest to also make either 1/2" or 3/4" spacers. All I have sold are 1" but there has been an occasional inquiry for other sizes. I will certainly consider other sizes as well as any other feedback or suggestions. Thanks.

 

I did run all my remaining stock material through the chop saw today so I will have another 12-16 pair for sale some time next week.

 

Update-my manual milling machine blowed up real good. Sounds like a broken tooth on a drive gear in the headstock/spindle. I have a brand new cnc milling machine arriving Tuesday. Perfect timing. What this means is that production is temporarily shut down. I expect to be back in full production within a week or 10 days. So there will be plenty of spacers available, hopefully, in approximately 2 weeks. After that I plan to prototype more new products. For those that have inquired I do appreciate your patience.
Update 7/28/19-I came out at 11:30 last night and dug into the headstock. At 1:00 this morning I ordered a gear. So this week at least 1 milling machine will be up and running.

 

I am preparing to order new material to make 1" tall seat spacers. If there is any interest in 3/4" spacers please let me know asap.

 

For those already on the wait list I repaired my old machine and am trying to fill your orders. For others interested I will have material early next week to make around 100 pair for both Toyota and Ford.
