4, of the last 5, packages were shipped today with eta of Monday. Have a set of 4 still awaiting payment. If not paid by tomorrow afternoon these will go to the next one on the list that wanted 4. I do have new material. Plan to start sawing the next 200 spacers this weekend.

 

Finally installed my new machine today. New QuikFix stuff coming soon.

 

So we might be getting stuff other than spacers?

 

After I get out the next 100 pair of spacers, and catch up on my license plate brackets, I do have some ideas I just need to prototype. Once I make, install on my truck and test prototypes then I market them. Future is wide open right now. Open to any ideas or wants. Think the next thing will be reasonably priced battery hold downs. I try to make everything for the lower budget crowd. If something costs more than I would pay then I just won't make and sell it. I am working with some other brand trucks and have some Harley feelers out too.

Finally got the new stuff installed. Now time to start saw cutting 200 spacers.

 

Finally got back to saw cutting spacers today. Plan to have 70 pair finish machined by Labor Day.

 

Will be starting a production run of spacers this weekend. Got 48 pair prepped and ready to machine step 1 of 3 total steps.

Have 32 pair in process. Machine work is 60% complete. Later this week I will saw another few dozen and start machining the next 40 pair. Those on the wait list will be notified when ready.

Made a special pair of 3/4" spacers for a member. I have stated before that I will add this size to my inventory if there is enough interest. They would be made from different size raw material which I currently do not stock. I will not make a pair here and there. I will only make them if I make at least 20 pair. 1" on left. 3/4" on right.

 

Put me down for the 3/4" interest list. I tried lifting my seat with some wood just to try it out in the driveway, and I think 3/4" would be perfect.
