    Ok, here is the final product. I used 1 spacer washer on the passenger side and none on the driver side.
    Looks good IMHO.....

    I installed mine. Pretty damn happy with it, except or a few things.

    The driver side is abit lower than the passenger side and it kinda rattles going over bumps so I am going to check the screws and move some washers around.

    it's great though.

    Do you know if you can run the Toyota's skid plate with it ? If so then there shouldn't be any issues. At the worse you might need to do some small grinding of the plate.

    Quality skid. Black has some good quality powder coating too! Thought I had scratched it bad during the install but didn't. Should hold up well on the trails. Highly recommend it! Thanks Matt123!
