Here is the pic of the skid plate with the TRD painted RED. I used a small art brush, 3M blue painters tape and two coats of Rustolium Protective Enamel in Gloss Sunrise Red.

Thanks guys! I am really anal about stuff for my truck and a stickler for details, but am by no means artistic and can't handle a paintbrush very well. The 3M blue painters tape is the ticket, It would not look nearly as nice had I not used it. I even let my nine year old daughter do one of the letters!!

Thank YOU Matt. I am really picky (read anal) abut my truck and when I run across a really well made product I try to spread the word. You make a GREAT product.
Thanks for the kind words too, I will give my daughter the kudos:)

Just received my skid plate this week and installed last night. Everything looks great, easy to install. Very pleased!

got mine installed yesterday. Man, I thought that it was just a piece that went over the existing skid plate like that one that Toyota sells that is made out of aluminum and is just for looks. I didn't realize that this one installs IN PLACE OF the OEM "skid plate"! Man, I could not be happier with the way this skid plate looks and the quality of the materials! This is an AWESOME skid plate! Thanks again and stay safe Matt.

Why would you put it over the top of the old one? Just curious, but I don't really see any advantage.

When you add the oem skid plate the directions say if I remember right you just add it over the base skid plate.....when I grab one of these I'll take off the aluminum skid off then add the Steel plate
