The man came through on his word. Broke a clip or two on accident and one clip didn’t have a slot, so I just broke it off to fit lol no biggie. Looks beautiful. Thankful for this second gen grill. I ordered one off eBay prior and it was horrible. This is the real deal!!

These look great. Getting ready to pull the trigger on one. How do they look after months of being on the truck?

First of all, removing the original grill was a pain in the ass. I probably broke 3-4 clips on that stupid thing.

What's the easiest way to install the garnish after the grill has been installed on the truck? I ordered the garnish and it won't be here for a few more days, but I went ahead and installed the grill. I see that there are two tabs on the bottom, but on top it looks like those two pegs are melted onto the grill?

    All,

Yesterday, with a warm day finally embracing San Diego County, I took advantage of it and plastidiped the garnish that @FreshMexicanTaco includes with his Heritage Pro grilles. I am happy to report that on my 24 mile drive to work, 20+ miles using the TSS with plastidiped garnish, I ran it though several intentional tests in traffic at different speeds ( 15 Freeway North of Escondido and Gopher Canyon Rd. as well as on Gopher Canyon Rd ) and it worked flawlessly without any issues. I can't speak for the bug I found splattered on the newly covered garnish though.

I agree. The plastidiped garnish really helps it blend in with the rest of the grille.

You heard correct. Mine fits like a glove and the garnish works with my TSS flawlessly.

I am nervous about TSS or I would pull the trigger. I am new to all this but prefer this grill compared to my 2019 Off-road grill. Just need someone to push me over the edge. Its either this or the black SR5 trim around the grill.

'18 TRD Sport with the TSS and it works flawlessly with the new grill. No calibration needed. Literally installed the grill and immediately took it on the highway to test the adaptive cruise control and everything worked perfectly.

@FreshMexicanTaco What's the easiest way to remove the garnish cover once the grill is already installed? I didn't want to wait for my garnish cover to get shipped to me, so I went ahead and installed the grill without in in the meantime.

Undo the bottom clips and pull?

Hello there Fresh Taco! I would like a Grille! if they are still available and you are still doing grille runs to LA that would be great! if not also fine. I have an '18 so I would need the garnish. Thanks in advance
