Too much for TW to know
40K invested??? May I ask the breakdown of this large investment. From the stereo part I can see less than 8K.

The one i have when i drove it was a DOHC V6 pushing 220 to the wheels stock. Doesn't sound like much now but then it was a lot! I have had mine up to 140mph! So top end they are quick.. bottom end not so much! I ran 10.20's in an 1/8th all day.. Granite it was stock... The TT or VR4 versions do that in just over 8.00 seconds flat! They grab and go!

I had one, non-turbo'd, wish it would have been twin turbo'd, I had problems with mine too! Got rear ended at a stop sign.......engine threw a rod as I dumped the clutch to get out of the way, obviously that didn't work. Got it fixed and put a 3.4 liter in it came with a 3.0 noticable difference, it would squeal em in 2nd lol sold it about 2 years ago! (MONEY PIT) :(

Agreed. Not to sound like a dick, but if it's not a well maintained VR4 it's the same as a V6 mustang. All the glory of a sports car on the outside and no guts on the inside. The regular 3000GT's don't hold there value very well.
