FS: 1st Gen STAINLESS STEEL SKID PLATES - NEPA

The thing is he told me he already had one good to go and he would send it out...this has been weeks ago

 

Yeah, I ordered mine on the 11th of April. Two of them to be exact. I’m hopeful he’ll come through with my order soon here.

 

Same here, I inquired about an order and he responded via email soon after. I paid the same day and he said I’d get a tracking number when it shipped. A month later…it’s like he’s fallen off the planet. I’m super irritated about the lack of communication but I’m still gonna wait a bit longer before I open a PayPal claim for a refund

 

It took about a month to get my skid after I ordered late last September.

Was definitely worth the wait, though. I'd hold out a bit longer as I haven't seen any other skids like this one.

 

Yeah I’ve heard nothing but good things about Ethan and his skids. I’ll be waiting it out.

 

He replied yesterday saying it will ship out

 

Still have mine and it looks and performs awesome!

 

Been waiting on mine for a month now? Maybe 1.5 month now.

 

Gotta be patient! He messaged me a while back saying he’s been swamped. This isn’t his full time job so I respect his hustle. I just saw this morning that my items are on the way! If you’re nervous or are afraid or need an update daily, this may not be the right order for you. But it’ll be unfortunate if it isn’t the right order because he makes some quality skids.

lol, daily update…I haven’t heard a peep since I paid for mine a month and a half ago

 

They are pretty rad though.

 

I understand the being patient part but I think what's irking people is his lack of communication and him saying it will ship out when it didn't. If he said, "hey I'm so swamped but it will ship out on this date 8 months from now" that's way better than saying ya it's going out tomorrow and disappearing. Again I totally understand he's busy but you gotta communicate better to a paying customer

Mine will be here Thursday. One for my forest green and one for the silver trd. Both 03’s

 

It’ll be here before you know it. And then you can install it and just look at it daily. I plan having a cup of coffee every morning with my truck and just looking at it.

 

Rci makes a great one too that fits perfect. I've ordered a few from the past before and I've gotten mine from them the same week.

@IEsurfer, did I miss an email from you? Several folks with open orders from me including @Eddietech have emailed asking for an update and I thought I had responded to everyone and I feel like I've been really straight up with everyone in my responses trying to explain the production delays. Nevertheless, I suppose having gone over a month, a proactive email would have been fair.... In any case, the good news is that skids for all open orders including yours have either already shipped Friday or will on Monday (I think I have 3 or 4 left to finish up). By the way, I really appreciate everyone's orders and can't wait for you all to finally get your skids because I know you're gonna love them! (and hopefully think it was worth the wait )
