FS: 2016 Toyota Tacoma Matte Black and Reflective Black Vinyl Decal Tailgate Inserts

Vouch for rich, helped me with a color issue, would not hesitate to do another deal.

 

Black on an MGM is a good combo, sometimes it looks like no decal is there, and sometimes the black really stands out. It stands out a lot from the snow reflection. Really nice subtle addition.

 

This is the same combo I had and I loved it before I had to get a new Taco.

Hey @rrentrop I got my order of the badge inlays and mountain badge decals from ebay and am very happy with them. I was wondering if you made inlays for the chrome part of the door handles as on the 2016 Limited. Also curious if you made vinyls for the chrome part of the mirror, although that looks hard with the curves. Thanks!

 

Thanks! Glad you like them. I have a Limited and tried making something for the door handles. While he grab handle part was easy, I was not able to cover the small stationary piece without wrinkles. Same with the mirrors. They require wrap-grade vinyl, which is applied differently and I do not stock it.

 

Hey, @rrentrop im looking to order a bunch of your decals, and wonder if your black reflective tailgate letters are the same oracal 951 as other vinyls you offer. The description doesn't specify, want to make sure before I order! Thanks.

 

No, the black reflective is a house brand from my vendor. I selected it for it's 7 year durability, elasticity, and ease of installation. I found that reflective vinyl tears much easier than other vinyls. I tested 3M and Orafol, along with some other no-name reflective vinyl, but each of those had no elasticity and were more susceptible to tearing while working with it. The reflective vinyl that I use was by far the easiest to cut, weed, remove from the backing paper, and install.

I've sold a few red but unfortunately I do not have any pictures of them. If you wish to purchase the red ones simply place an order for the matte black ones that I have listed and include a note that you prefer the red ones instead.
