Been lurking on the forums for about 2 months since I got my Tacoma. Already tackled a few small upgrades and I wanted to add a front plate. Reading around, it seemed like his set up was just as good or better than any alternative options. I created an account just to send him a message to order. I am heading out for a few days of R & R starting Thursday and will probably not be able to ship again until next Tuesday, following the Labor Day holiday on Monday. If anyone wants a bracket shipped in the mail before next Tuesday then the deadline to order is today, Tuesday, so I can prep everything and mail tomorrow! I will still have internet access at times so I will be able to respond but not always right away.

Thought I would post my experience with @ACEkraut And his amazing service and bracket. I contacted him a couple of weeks ago after reading through this thread before I had even purchased my truck inquiring about the bracket to fit with a bull bar up front. He replied immediate and looked at the pic I sent him with my thoughts on the tag going just below the top of the bar where the factory bumper holes would be. He told me he had an idea and to contact him when I pic up my truck. I messaged him the following week while driving it home to leave at my parents until I could get an appointment with DMV. He asked for a pic of the front with a tag or something similar In size held exactly where I wanted it to mount. Within a few days I had a tracking number and a custom bracket in the mail. He made 2 additional brackets to extend the plate up higher from his normal mounts that he makes and it’s a perfect fit. I’m attaching several pics of the bracket and mounting pics in case anyone needs something similar in the future. I can see why this thread has been going on for 4 years. The only thing diff I did was add some padding at each bend in the bracket. I used some strips about the length of your pinky finger. Great product and very sturdy Pics below

I removed the bull bar. Went the "blacked-out" look since the bull bar was chrome. Did a good job on yours though.
