    Are you talking about a flat plate that would just sit behind the license plate and offer a rigid backing so the plate could not bend?

    I want to support my plate so I ordered a heavy duty steel plate to backup the license plate. I can't use the above bracket because I have an Avid front bumper.

    So it's official. I suck at spray painting!
    Oh well. Thank goodness when installed, it will be pretty much invisible.
    It is a very nice bracket! I'm still waiting for my licencje plates, but as soon I get them, it's going to be installed an this nice bracket.

    A little question. What's the thread size of license plate bolts? I might have to get longer ones since I'm putting up plate backing and frame.

    It looks pretty good from where I am sitting! And you are right, not much of it will show after it is installed.

    The bolt size that holds the plate on is 1/4 x 20. The bolts are stainless also.
