    I would think they would, right? Don't they share the same V6 engine as the 2nd gen Taco? Or do you have the V8?

    New v6 in the 4Runners have an internal filter. A PITA if you ask me...

    not to many, love it the way it is
    there is a grease additive on the new filter that is covered with a piece of cellophane so it helps it from becoming dry. I bought box a few years ago with one filter left now and they held up fine sitting on my shelf out of direct sunlight.

    Looks like they raised the price a bit, $45 plus $7.99 for shipping. No longer cheaper than getting them from my own dealer, but still reasonable.
