Top 10 mods. My lower back was killing me and I always felt like I was slouched back too far. I felt constant pressure on my tailbone and legs. After installing, my new seat position was more upright, it allowed more of a view over the hood and overall made it feel more like a truck. Drove with spacers on the past few weeks, no back pain. It feels like how it should have been from the factory. 10/10 would recommend.

Excuse me I am confused, these spacers jack up the seat from the rear?

There is another thread on a product that jacks up the seat from the front?

    I don’t quite understand?

The ones I sell do the rear, for the comfort part of the seat. These seats are notorious for inducing pain in the folks back , hips and legs. The plus also is shorter folks 5' plus or minus get some better field of view. The front spacers are for raising the seat for view, I think. I do not make them. There are literately hundreds and hundreds of feedback if you will take the time to read some of them. Let me know if I can help or answer any questions. Think of it like tilting the bottom of a flag pole a little at the bottom and the effect at the top, it changes the whole dynamics of the seat.

I want to raise the rear of the front seat so I'm not sitting in a hole. I'm 6'1" but I still feel like I'm down in a hole and I hate the view. My wife is 5' and she refuses to drive it because she cant see over the hood--its designed like a Humvee. Should I start with 2 - 1" spacers in the rear? And how do I order them? All I see is the U S Mail address and an email. Thanks!

_I'm thinking I need 1" in the front and 2" in the rear. Anybody tried that?

I think I figured out the pay pal email. So I just search out your account, type in the dollars and leave my address and what I want in the comments?

Yes sir you got it. Or send me your email and I can send you a Paypal invoice. I would start with the 1" in the rear for one seat and if it is not enough move them to the passenger side, but I believe the one inch will work for both of you as a happy medium. Or just pull them 2 bolts and add a socket under them or something and sit in it and let the wife sit in it till you find the ideal size and I will machine what you want. Not a big deal making different sizes.

Don't get me wrong , I'm happy with these. Just some feedback.

Received my two 1" spacers and bolts. Easy install but I believe going to a 2" spacer might be a problem. Putting those bolts in with the 1" spacer was easy but one bolt is torqued up a little bit against the bolt hole. With the seat lifted that 1", the bolt isn't exactly centered in both holes because the front seat bracket sits on a different angle. So when the rear is lifted up, the bolt holes are not exactly centered. I probably could have loosened the front bolts more but something would have grabbed while tightening the back in any event. If the holes in the spacers were just a bit bigger that might help--maybe a 16th . Really its not a problem, but I would not try a 2" spacer in the rear unless I took the front up 1" as well.

So how in the world can one inch make this much difference! The view over the hood is improved for sure. Hard to believe an inch would make a difference but it does. I had no issues with comfort before but I'll pay attention to that.

Thanks for making these and being so responsive! Easy process and quick turnaround!

    Thanks
