    Haven't had a chance, and thinking about hitting them up with some self etching primmer first, and then a coat or two of black paint.

    But from what I've read, and others will confirm, it makes a big difference on your lower back, especially on longer rides.

    The rear of your seat frame has a bolt on each side under a plastic snap cover. Just pull one bolt each side, slide the spacer in and put longer bolts back.
