Not sure where to post / ask this. But would someone be kind enough to make a clip of the install of seat spacers / risors and put it where it needs to be? I am not sure how to do that. Plus tied up going back and forth to hospital for a friend. Thank you in advance

Its probably the easiest mod of all time. Remove the rear seat bolts and place the spacer underneath and then re-bolt using the longer bolt that is included. I added a washer and painted mine to match the interior.

It not only gives you a better feel for the truck it gives you 2 extra inches of space to put a gunbox under the drivers seat.

Its even easier if you pull the seats all the way forward and give yourself some room to work.

I like how I sit higher up now, but damn, my hair rubs on the ceiling all the time now and I'm only like 5'10-11..I do have a sunroof so that makes my ceiling shorter. Can't decide if I want to leave them in or not....I like being higher up but don't like rubbing my hair on the ceiling when driving lol.

You have a bandsaw cut them in half or have a neighbor do it for you, just my 2 cents

I may have to! Gonna leave them in for a few more days before I do that. Just wanted to let others know who are my height or even higher that they may run into the same experience as me.

I am having the same thoughts. I am also 5' 11" with the sunroof. I wonder what 1/2 inch spacers would feel like...

May be the perfect height...I'll report back if I do end up cutting them down to 1/2 inch.

Pay the shipping and I will turn them down for nothing. But a little bit in the back makes a good bit of change. If you do it I would start with cutting a quarter inch first. The sunroof does make a difference. Some have ordered 3/4" if they had the sunroof .

When you guys installed these, didn’t you need to loosen the two front bolts a little bit prior to installing the rear spacers and rear bolts?
