I finally got around and installed the spacers. Actually, I replaced some 3/4" nuts and washers with these fancy new aluminum spacers. Seat seems to be a bit higher than previously, we'll see how it will feel now.

Took me a few miles to realize that with the seat adjustment (rear lifted upward) I was a little more comfortable. Give it a few miles or half hour or so of driving.

 

Took a drive to HD, and I already felt the difference. And it's only about 5/16" taller than my previous set-up

Recently found out about this and only read through the first couple pages as you have too many positive reviews. Did you by chance make any spacers for the front of the seats? If so, i would like 2 sets with washers/bolts for driver and passenger please!

I didn't make any for the front. Mainly cause doing the rear does 3 different changes, it pitches the seat 16 degrees for a better posture on the back and hips, and it sits you at a higher position ( folks 5' - 5'7" gain a better view ) and folks to 6'3" gained relief from them . If your looking for something other than that, there was a member making sets for the front mounts, just be cautious as the front is on an angle with stress points and too much may cause issues with the underside of your knees and cause numbness and discomfort. Or raise both front and rear at same time. Good luck , be safe, and thank you.
