Received mine yesterday after 3 or 4 days ordered. Fast Shipping. The product was wonderful. I used a pair of chrome washers during install. If you come out with other products for these trucks, let me know. I will be interested.

Your very welcome. I don't think I will be coming up with anything. I am an old retired fart with a small machine shop looking for a little something to do. I tried this seat thing after reading about it and was a believer . Enjoy and thank you

I made my own seat spacers on my lathe about a year ago. Looking at the pics of these, I can see the quality of the workmanship that Dennis does on these. I realize he has a production line system going on these to cut time spent per spacer, but still these are VERY reasonably priced for the work involved and cost of materials. Good job Dennis.

Thank you. But I do not have any kind of production line. I have a horizontal saw for cutting, then a manual lathe's without DRO, so each and every piece is mic by me. I have plenty of time with nothing to do except a few small jobs when I choose to. If I figured my time for cutting, facing, drilling, facing to size (within 3-.0004 ) dressing the edges and holes, oh lord, when I put it in writing it looks bad. But I don't mind doing it as long as it doesn't dictate my retirement time. LOL. I enjoy doing work on my mills and lathes. Thanks again for giving me more credit than I deserve, the machine's makes it easy.

That makes it even more impressive what you do for the price. If I were you, I would do 1 operation on 20 spacers, followed by another opperation on 20 spacers, etc. If you do the final facing on a bunch at a time, you can set the lathe up and read the wheels and not have to cut, measure, cut, measure. Possibly make a jig that bolts through the middle of the spacer for the external sanding. Not telling you what to do as you have it very well figured out and do very nice work. Just making a suggestion.

Yea i usually do at least 2-3 dozen at a time, all one step then the next. I also do them double length drill finish each end and then part in the middle and then do the last facing to size with carriage locked in place for repeating. Have collet closure also but don't use it with these. Thanks for knoweing what is involved with doing these.

OK, so you are doing what I refered to as production line process. Nice. Thanks for the explanation.
