i will say having just done a couple of longish days driving (between 7-10 hours) this made my life waaay better - i still need to stretch more but thats a life thing, i was def more comfortable over these long stints. thank you @olecoot

I've been on the fence for quite some time now. Wanted to ask someone who has actually done a looong drive with and without these seat spacers just how much of a difference they make. I do the occasional drive from SoCal to Oregon (LaPine), about a 13 hour drive. When I get there my back is in pretty bad shape. I mean I'm climbing out of my truck and standing up straight pretty darn slow! Do they really make that much difference??

for me they def helped, im not sure why or what the science is, but i've done long drives been the same as you describe, these def took some of that away for me. (i still need to stretch more...) also the next day i wasn't as sore either

    Yes!!!!!!!
Did Houston to Mt Rushmore RT, 41 hours, without them......once I got home, ordered the ones (solid piece, aviation grade, ) from the retired guy in FL.......what a difference, wish I would have had them on trip.

I tried the washer thing, and getting my own bolt etc.....like on the you tube videos.....forget that
You will be impressed with the quality of his product, and about 5 mins per seat....
If you truly want to try the difference......do one seat and try the other......you’ll see.

I'll admit, i was a bit skeptical about these, but decided what they heck, the reviews are great, i'll check em out..

I'm glad I did, i got them out of my mail box yesterday, installed them in no time, and took them wheeling last night.

I usually like to sit low when i'm driving so i was hesitant about these, but when i wheel, i like to be higher for better view and these def helped!

Very pleased with these, thanks olecoot!
