    What height are people that usually use these? Are they just for people with short arms? I’m 5’10 and I might only have 1-2” for my head. But I do feel the steering wheel is far away a bit…

    Take a little time and read some of them posting about them. I have sold to folks up to 6'3" its mainly for back and leg pain fatigue. I am 5'10", very easy to figure it out, pull the 2 rear bolts and slid anything close to an inch thick under the 2 points where the bolts were. You might be surprised. Let me know if I can help you.     *disclaimer I’m not an ergonomist*
    But it’s recommended that, in general, your seat should be tilted so that the foreword edge of your seat doesn’t apply pressure to your hamstrings. I went and checked my bucket sport seats and they don’t tilt foreword enough. I was skeptical at first what the hell this product does but it’s clear now it fixes the pressure on the lower part of my hamstrings, which is recommended by ergonomists for long term comfort.
