FS: ARB Simpson III Roof Top Tent

Looking to sell my ARB Simpson III RTT. Had it for 2 years, used it a lot the first year, but got a hardshell tent this year. The cover of the tent is dirty from sitting out a lot, I have scrubbed and power washed it some but there just are a lot of stains I can't get off of it. The rest of the tent is great, inside of the cover is clean and so is the tent itself. Sale will also include a brand new mattress cover and a spare unused ladder (standard extension style like stock one).
