    Look at the original link i posted. The 17" has brackets and stuff on the sides to make it 21". Trust me, I went through several 20", 21", 18" bars to find this one.

    Other real brands are more true, and at the time my bumper was built, I think Pelfrey was working with Rigid 20". So they built the bumper to fit that

    3 inch toytec 5100 SPC uca's Pelfreybilt front plate bumper with center hoop Pelfreybilt rear plate bumper with swing out B.A.M.F. sliders with kick out Mobtown ifs and trans skid. 33's with rims that are to large.
    I have a 22 inch in my pelfreybilt works just fine if your ok with bending the brackets a little bit, I was also able to get a set of pods in the fog location that aren't the BD squadron
