Mod list... Well, my paint is factory.
Had to replace these UCAs to gain clearance for 35's. I love these uppers, so my loss is someone else's benefit. These are the V1 which have the dual selectable caster Heim spacers.
I put them on around the end of Dec in 2018 and haven't added many miles since. Probably somewhere around 5k or so.
I replaced the dust cover screws with stainless socket head cap screws so you won't have the head stripping issue that the button head screws had.
Includes all hardware and cap o-rings.

    Brand new V2's are $1499

    Asking $850 +shipping

    More to come!!
    Curious what you switched to?
I had no idea these, or any, UCAs would obstruct 35’s in anyway.

Most UCA move the tire rearward, causing rubbing issues with bigger tires. Adjustable UCA like SPC, give you the option to place the tire forward or rearward. Just my guess as to why this person would switch.

The tires rubbed on the front of the control arm before full lock. Changing back to the non-billet Camburg arms, which are thinner, gave me the clearance needed.
My wheels have a 4.3" backspacing. Adding 1" spacers gave me UCA clearance but the increased scrub radius, which not only caused the tire to rub the back of the wheel well, but I don't want to run spacers.
I found out about a member here that had almost my exact setup, but with the non-billet UCAs and he doesn't rub, so the simplest solution for me was to change back to the regular Camburg Uniball UCAs.
    If I didn't switch from 33s to 35s, I would've never changed them.

Great info thx! What's the offset on your wheels? Glad to hear 33' don't rub, I'm most likely gonna upsize to 33's.

    17" x 8.5"
    Offset:-10mm
    Backspacing: 4.3"

Camburg says 4.75" max backspacing with 285/70/17 or 285/75/16 max tire size on all of their non long travel uppers. It just happens that with my wheels, 315/70/17 tires clear their Performance uppers but not the Kinetik.

Theoretically it might be possible that an alignment guru could take these uppers, adjust the Heims into the arm further, then adjust the camber with the LCA adjusters to allow for more clearance. MAYBE this would work with the right wheel combination to clear 35s but I don't have the skill or patience for all of the variables when I knew the other UCAs would work. At the same time someone that is content on 33s is going to get some awesome arms for a great deal.

So the clearance problem is in the UCA itself?

I thought these gave you +5 degrees of castor? I’m at 4.5 with my spc and good to go with 315s

thanks for sharing these details about your setup. i have the regular Camburg's so i guess that means i can fit 35s!

i'm on 33s right now and have been thinking about 34s...

    GLWS!

edit: @CaptainTikihut i have 4.3" bs wheels. No rubbing on Cooper pizza cutters 255/80/17.

The Castor really had nothing to do with it, the tire hit the UCA because the Billet "Box style" is bulkier. At the risk of my Sell thread devolving further into Caster or alternative UCA discussions, here is what was happening. This is not exactly to scale but represents the situation:

    upload_2022-12-2_8-9-8.jpg

Again, I'm not sure but it might be possible to adjust the Heims into the arm further, which would bring the arm away from the tire, and then adjust the camber with the LCA adjusters to allow for more clearance. This with a different offset wheel MIGHT clear the 35s but I'm not sure and I knew changing to the Camburg tube style UCAs would work.
So anyone that has a 2nd or 3rd gen truck that isn't looking to go down the difficult and costly road of 35s, these arms are awesome and should fit without any issue if you are running the following on a 1"-3" lift:
