Yes these are 3D printed. I have not tried sanding or painting as of yet, however, they can be printed in other colors as well.

Ya, saw the colors above, I was curious regarding smoothness. I have 3D printed some items for work - sterile drug compounding tool prototypes - and we typically have them painted so that they are smooth and shiny. We can't have porous materials in the sterile environment, and the rough surfaces makes them hard to clean - little lint collectors. Sounds like your parts could be prepped and painted by the customer to match whatever they want, and I was just wondering if you had given it a try.

I have one prototype that was too loose for the buttons so I'll experiment on that one this week.

Aren't there some methods to smooth over 3D prints? I know acetone is one of them but seems to be a little volatile if not done right. And I've seen something like epoxy coats used. I'd imagine some fine sanding would also do pretty well.

I had a 3D printed shift knob that came out a little rough and it took a lot of effort to smooth it out.

And will be much easier to wire to switches in this location as compared to the dash.

I'm too new to 3D printing to know any of these tricks yet, but I'm happy to learn and share.

Yeah the center console area is super easy to take apart and has a lot of room underneath to work with, would be super easy to run wires and build a harness with something like a deutsch connector and then be able to quick disconnect.

I'll probably be starting to take payments in about a week or so. I'll PM everyone on the list with further details at that time. Thanks.

Can you integrate an AC outlet cutout to one of these plates? Or just leave blank so we can cut? Same size as on your 3x2 vertical model.

I didn't saw picture of the panel mounted a manual transmission central console. Is there a size that can fit the manual transmission console?

Send me a pic of your manual transmission console and I can give a rough idea what might fit.
