Last 6 months has been stored on truck. Camped in snow and rain and stayed warm and dry. Thoroughly dried/cleaned once arrived home so no mold/mildew. Anti condensation mat. Awning is brand new, never used. Have the extra channel installed to ease installation of awning.     Thanks! I love it, only selling because I’m getting a hardtop.

    This tent would be awesome for that. I should have mentioned in the OP that I’d prefer not to ship but would be willing to look into it and ship on buyers dime. I will edit my post to reflect that

    CVT advertises it as 2+ person. Fits 2 adults very comfortably with room to spare. You could probably fit a small child also comfortably but I think 3 adults would be spooning each other with no room to flip over unless you attach the awning which could fit 1 comfortably

    I have a few people who say they will be buying it this weekend. If for some reason 3 people aren’t able to make it I will be taking it down until I receive my other tent at the end of May beginning of June
