EVERYTHING needed to install this cover on your truck is included.



Here's a pic of MY cover ready bed... Notice the various mounting/support brackets...



There are 5 pins that latch/click to attach the cover (3 on the left, 2 on the right), 1 bracket to help support the cover (front center of the bed [next pick]) and 1 thread mount for the 12mm, hex head screw that attaches to the right, front top of the bed.

The plastic top "caps" on the bed snap off, then you can remove the mounting hardware with a T30 torx insert bit.
Here's a pic of left side cap removed with the little finish pieces that go over the pins.


NOW.... here's 3 pics of an SR5 bed that I took today in the ridiculous, non stop pouring rain about 20 miles east of Seattle....

Notice the plastic caps do not have cutouts or hardware. The holes are underneath the plastic caps... also, the mounting holes are visible for the front center support bracket in the above pics.

All this being said, we will have to swap out some easy to do parts.
1. Swap caps and finish pieces on both trucks.
2. Remove/swap associated hardware that stays with the tonneau.
3. Install the tri-fold cover and confirm proper operation.
4. Laugh at how easy it is and how over the top I went with this seemingly simple process.

New tri-fold cover (retail) is about $650 + at least $250 for mounting hardware/bed side caps.... plus tax and you're at about $1,000... just a thought.

Also, I don't have any way to ship this beast. It weighs about 59 pounds... just weighed it today.

FYI - there's also a little rubber plug between the side rail and the head rail on each side that should stay with the cut caps and tonneau. The uncut caps won't fit over the plugs (not without cutting anyway). Didn't realize it until I did a sale/swap myself.

Is it possible for you to post a picture of the underside of the rail caps showing the location of tabs? That attach rail cap to bed? I'm trying to sell my cover as well but am nervous about prying up on those rail caps to remove.
I assume you just pry up cap (carefully) at tab locations?
