Sadly no one can find him. Hopefully he chimes in here since a bunch of people are looking for him and their lights. What's odd is they seem to still be welcoming new business on IG which would lead one to believe they are caught up with orders otherwise why would they accept more work?

There is no excuse for this. Got something going on? Say something. Backed up on work and need time? Say something. Having a rough time, lifes got you down with a close death or illness? Understandable, BUT SAY SOMETHING. There's no excuse for him dropping off the face of the earth for this long with this many people's money on the line. Oh, wait, he isnt gone completely, he moved to instagram and started taking money from them...


5/14/14.... First time Burt asked for my deposit when my name came up on his list. A list I had been on for almost a year.

1/7/15 - "Lights ready" – shipped


2/2 - First email regarding fogging issues with picture proof. Suggestions, ran through his suggestions, still fogging.

3/3/15 - finally hear a response from many emails describing everything is fixed and the lights are still fogging up. He just reworded suggestion response. Redid the suggestions again anyway.

3/30/15 - finally got a response to his suggestions not working again. Claimed it must have been left over residue, explained I completely dried them out for a whole week and there was no way, plus it got continuely worse. Three emails unanswered…

4/13/15 – “text me xxx-xxx-xxxx” Many unanswered texts.

4/20/15 – “danny whats your number again? My phone died and I got a new one. Sorry if you’ve been trying to contact me.

4/22/15 – Pack your lights up, we will fix them and cover shipping. Cant do that, sold oems.

4/26/15 – What are we going to do Burt

4/28/15 – “Pay the difference to OEM headlights, Ill build another set, send them to you and you send me back the messed up lights.” Sent more money. Problem resolved. “Give me 2-3 weeks”

2-3 weeks…… 2-3 WEEKS….. That is the last contact I have from burt…. At all….. on 4/28…. It was 6 months ago. Despite many, many phone calls, texts, emails, thread posts, you name it.


People are saying, oh, hes busy, his work is worth it. 6 months no answer retarded looking truck worth it? When he has $1300 of my money? I know he does good work, and my pair was just a fluke. But his business is pathetic to say the least, and no, I would never do business with him again.

 

If that dude had $1300 of my money I'd be out for blood

 

So I bought some retrofits from a member on here and they are broken. Would you be willing to fix a set that I send you and quote me on a price to crack them open, reattach the shroud on each, and seal them up again?

Wow. So glad I found his Instagram page. After six months he's evidently supposed to be contacting me soon. Amazing that personal phone, email, and here doesn't do the trick, but they sure do worry about those followers. Im not exactly holding my breath on being contacted though. Unfortunately he deleted my comments, but if you have been trying to get a hold of him, I strongly suggest you make an insta/go and comment on their latest picture explaining the way you were wronged. They'll magically try and make it right real quick.
