Gentlemen...I just talked with RAD at Rechelon. He's the light designer and Burt's (Aka: Ambiguous) partner. He said Burt had some issues he's dealing with, but yes...no excuses. Burt lives in Portland and RAD flies up from SoCal frequently to help with builds. He said all lights for current customers are completed/built, but they have not shipped...but that's gonna be rectified shortly. He is currently in talks with Burt, but he wanted to let me know and to share that they are still in business and will be producing lights in the future. RAD is not an active TW member but will be posting on the thread tomorrow to let people know what's going on.

Good Morning or very late evening to some of you. I am sorry that I have to introduce myself in this hostile kind of environment. I know many of you don't know who I am and have never heard of me before. I am now trying to filter through and clean up what has happened to RECHELON AESTHETICS. I'd like to start off with a warm apology on our behalf. This is matter that is quite serious to me personally as no customer should go ignored. I hate to admit that I am no longer an active member like I was. However that looks like it will be changing as I will be the one who will be addressing all your concerns/issues. Please allow me to make things right as our product is quite amazing but I know our lack of communication seems to be no where there. That will all change as I'll be working on a system to keep all past, present, and future clients updated. I haven't had anytime to go through any of the previous pages. So please give me some time to see where the issues are. I'll be spending some time going through the pages these next few days. I will work as quickly as I can to resolve matters and change the poor customer side of our company.

I believe in the craftman-ship of these lights and as I've personally poured and devoted myself into each and every set. I know Burt feels the same way as well. I've already made the mistake of not coming into this thread and keeping up with this forum. This forum is very important to me personally as I've met a lot of good people on here and built friendships our of that. This is the place where it gave us the chance to do what we do. I love creating and crafting with our clients and I enjoy it tremendously. I'd love to continue this relationship and I'll make sure to bring it back to what it once was.

I will say as of recently, Burt will be taking personal time away to clear his mind and we well then sit down and reestablish a plan going forward to ensure this issue does not surface again. I will handle the matters and make sure to follow up with you. It deeply saddens me to see the direction it has taken as of recently but I am happy that it has. This will be our first real battle of adversity as a business and I assure all of you we will work to get past it.

I've been a long time member since this small community was only a handful. I look forward in connecting and building with all the new members in the near future.

    Kind regards,

    RAD

I would get the same feeling if I were you. I don't blame you. However I am here now and I will promise you that I will be more active in this thread. I know I personally helped finished a lot of lights before I flew back down to Socal. I will have to get in contact with Burt and discuss the status of shipment for all the lights.

    Kind regards,
    RAD

I would like to apologize for that on our behalf and I will be personally looking into changing that. I find that to be unsatisfactory and I personally will be working to turn this issue completely around.

Dan, I just been made aware of everything tonight and I will be working with you to do what I can to resolve it. Yes, I responded quickly as I recently took over all communication with customers. I am sorry that it had to come to this but I assure you things will turn around.

Email me at RAD.RECHELON@gmail.com and include full name, build, date, and I'd like to start fresh in moving forward with you. This is our first point of contact with one another and I assure you things will only head in the right direction.

    Kind regards,

    RAD

^ Thank you Rick. Truck and lights look amazing as always! I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to me and shedding some light on this current issue. I know I told you'd I'll respond tomorrow but I just had to address this.

Andrew don't even jump in here as your clients came to us after the issues with you. You personally went through your own problem as a retrofitter and failed to resolve it in a satisfactory manner. Let's not resurrect the past as all business endure issues. It's how we resolve them and move forward that makes us stronger. I am sure you know that through personal experience. Let's just leave it at that and allow us to move forward. I don't ever recall us walking into any of your threads or take advantage of you issues when you were down. We allowed you to strive and rebuild from your mistakes. Please extend us the same courtesy as we're all part of the same craft.

    * * SIDE NOTE * *

RECHELON AESTHETICS HAS DONE OVER 100+ RETROFITS ( NOT COUNTING BURT'S PERSONAL WORK PRIOR TO BEING ESTABLISHED )

I've personally done over 60+ BHLM from 2008-2012 for local Socal TW Members.

When you build that many lights, things may happen as no business is perfect. It's how you move forward and handle as a business that brings you constant success.

    Kind regards,
    RAD

Thanks Rad glad to finally have an open line of communication. Hopefully I can get my funds back up so I can get my build I was asking about back in February

^ I'll be looking in my inbox tomorrow morning over a much needed large pot of coffee. LOL. Thanks for the email.

I'll get you an update as we finished a few MURANO sets and other lights. Please email at with all your info at RAD.RECHELON@gmail.com. I personal worked on them and they're gorgeous. The lights we craft and build is outstanding. I can't say the same about our C/S skills but all that is going to change.

I will admit Burt's strong suit is building the lights and crafting. He has taken some time off to handle personal matters and clear his mind. My strong suit is designing, crafting, and customer service. So moving forward, this issue will not be brought up in the near future.

These Lights are completed as of 10/14/15 before I flew out the following day to Socal. I will check to see why they're not on your truck. I know we sent pictures of the completed lights and the actual cut off of your Muranos. I sent you some messages on IG and I'll know tomorrow.

I believe communication is the key. This is where our focus will be as we have the Retrofitting part established. I know Burt had a rough time handling the complete process from beginning to end and with personal matters abruptly hitting him. It was bound to take a toll. Very unfair to you guys as paying customers and to me as well. However as a business partner and a friend, this is where you help and hold one another up when one is down. There is no real point in me losing my cool as that will help no one. He just needs some personal time and help in taking some of the weight off his shoulders. This is where I am now introducing myself and changing that for the better good of RECHELON AESTHETICS.

I understand I will not be able change some of your feelings in regards to your purchase, but I am hoping to at least make the final process a pleasant one.

Ever had a good appetizer? then the main course was just poor. I'd like to make the dessert portion of your evening a remarkable one. One where you leave at least with a little smile.

THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR ALLOWING ME A CHANCE

    Kind Regards,
    RAD

Very well said. I believe with this open line of communication now that allot of us will be satisfied.
I know I was one of the vocal ones because I was very upset that since February I had received no communication. I know how it goes as I used to help my buddies side business with bikes and family comes before all. Just glad that you came around

^ it was much needed and long overdue. I need some time to catch up to speed and I am sure with some patience from you kind folks, this thread will be full of amazing new Retros on your Tacomas.

I realized just how bad our communication was. We weren't even sending out quotes nor responding to potential customers. Imagine that down fall too as a company.

    That is all changing.

Burt will be taking some personal time but he will work with me to make sure everything is handled accordingly. He'll be back rejuvenated and ready again soon. Till then, you guys are going to get real sick of me in here. LOL. I'd love to see him back in action with a smile again too. However its a day at a time in a positive direction.

    GOOD NIGHT GUYS

    Kind Regards, RAD
