but you know any officer of the law would rather have anyone have projectored hids that help over all visibility over normal plug and play hids

I am not a sheriff but here is a little bit of info for you. I'll have to look up the current laws on them but who can say no to these beautiful lights?

I'll only trust two guys to do my Retros and BURT is good peoples.
He is currently doing mine and I'm glad I went with him. Lets say he has a case of the OCD. Thats a good thing if you're getting custom work done. :D

How are these illegal? They don't limit the light output and there is the much needed Orange Reflector present in the lights as well.

I've asked a few LEOs and they were cool with my Retros. They see no issues with it as long as its aimed right and not those god awful blinding blue HID's.

Retain the reflective Orange and don't drive like a bitch!

^ Really? You have to give a LEO a reason to suspect something is NOT right with the Retro set up. If sees from the outside that everything is kosher, what makes you think he/she wants to spend more time investigating it further?

When was the last time one asked to see the DOT approved sticker/marking etc? I mean technically you're right in that aspect but its not going to happen.

This retro is NO different than the new 2013 Toyota SIENNA Swag wagon headlight Retros. . .

Only time I believe they'll do that is if you act like an Ass Hat.

Most LEOS are into fixing up their rides as well and most are real laxed about it.

Oh, I was only poking fun! You had a sheriff badge under your avatar when I wrote that.

    No hard feelings, dude!

Looking at using your services but want to keep my original lamps. I have two questions.
    1. Do you stand behind your resealing? I live in a high humidity climate and need to make sure moisture does not get in, let alone wind driven rain and mud?::confused:

    2. Regarding the brand new aftermarket OEM headlights 2012-2013 ($300) you referred to as an option. Is there a difference in fit compared to OEM?

    1) Yes if for some reason your lights have a problem, I will take care of it for you. I still have not set a timeline for warranty but that will be coming soon. Of course, I'll do my best to take care of my customers either way.

    2) Fitment on those headlights is decent but we ran into a problem with the material on the DTRL reflector being subpar. No longer offering this option. First post updated. Thanks.

sorry i missed this, but what is the turn around time for a pair of 05 "aftermarket" headlights with the mod (dont know if i want mini's or fx-r's; dont really know that much about them and is 50 bucks worth the extra cheese?) and possibly the led halos?

    shipped to 28078

    thanks
