^ All builds that are pending have been addressed. We given ourselves a lead time to prepare for the new orders. The new clients I've been in contact with have been told that we'll start upon my arrival back in Portland on November 19th/20th. This is where I can be hands on with a few priority builds pending due to changes of options/color. Burt will be working on completing a few orders prior to my arrival. He will be back at the shop ready to work with a mind set of being focused. This new strategy allows him to be able to work primarily on crafting.

All new orders will be shipped by December 22nd or 23rd and will be stated to the client. If there is a build that requires more time, that client will be told up front about a later shipment date.

I am making sure there will be no future orders pending or waiting for such a long period of time. The orders that were waiting were due to the MURANO PROJECTORS not being up to our standards. Burt has finally finished the R&D Process to our standards and didn't cut any corners in it.

All future orders now will have weekly to bi weekly updates to keep us in contact with our clients. It's very important to us that we maintain a level of communication to ensure a trust factor.

    Kind Regard,
    RAD

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
I have nothing to do with this page or anything to go along with it but I would like to just say one thing. I just want to commend all of the people on here for keeping it together and acting as civil and with a lot of constraint to word your true feelings without major bashing from anyone. I can't even imagine how upset you people would be that gave those sums of money and hadn't/haven't received any of the parts ordered or at least the communication needed in a timely manner. I think it's great this seems to be clearing up by RAD coming in here and helping out these customers and getting those questions answered as quickly as he can. From someone that is not a vendor here but has run numerous Group Buys of a specialty (not totally custom) product, I understand how people need help with answers to their orders especially with so much money on the line.

I will be keeping an eye on this thread as I myself intend on keeping my truck as have been considering these for some time. Keep up the good work RAD and again I want to give a shout out to the great community of TW for showing so much patience and class!!!

^ Thank you ROB and I understand the most important aspect of business is a customer service. We hope to shape things up quickly and build that trust factor once again.

We hope to also earn your business with a stellar all around experience as well.

This is what I can also add to our business and I am planning to not only fix the problem but actually excel at it.

I agree the TW community is important as I've been apart of it since 2007.

    Kind Regards,
    RAD

I just wanted to share my experience with Bert and RAD. I was on the fence about getting lights built. I pm'd them around the first of the year and they answered all my questions right away. I never got around to ordering the lights. 6 Months later I happened to stumble upon their shop while I was working and I saw their trucks, and how badass the lights looked. I walked up and started chatting with Bert, just so happens to be the same guy I was messaging on this forum about the lights months earlier. At that point I decided it was time to get some lights built, I told bert what I was looking for, I put a deposit down and we got the ball rolling. The whole process took about 4-6 weeks if I remember correctly. They even picked my truck up and installed the lights while I was at work. A week or two later I went in to get the lights adjusted and Bert did the "any time fog light" mod no charge. I couldn't be happier with my experience with these guys. They do incredible work. It's amazing how much it changes to look of the truck just by changing the headlights! If there's anyone out there debating on getting some lights built by these guys DO IT! You will not regret it!

^ Thank you Ryan for your business and trusting us all day with your Tacoma.

I am going to be out all day today and I have no time to answer emails in detail. I'll spend tomorrow morning replying to the emails and I've sent a courtesy email to everyone today informing them.

This. Rad has been very responsive, even when my emails aren't even about their services but retrofits in general. Looks like I'm getting muranos soon :spy:

I am really glad to see you stepping up Rad! I got my retros done by Burt a while back, and I will say that the craftsmanship is on point! Glad to see some life put back into this thread! Great work Rad!
